Web Performance Trainer - Build 539

This bug fix release is recommended for all customers running high numbers of hits/sec in their tests. The change will be mostly visible when running a stress test (i.e., no delays between requests, no bandwidth simulation), but increases the software's capacity to handle tests that generate large numbers of errors.
