Welcome to the KAPITEC SOFTWARE technical support area.

Local support is available for specific software products. This support is provided to the Licensee on a "best efforts" basis.

Advice and assistance available mainly through electronic mail during normal working hours Monday to Friday excluding statutory holidays. Support is available from our main location in Toulouse, France providing coverage from 09:00 to 5:00 PST.

We recommend you to provide a complete description of the problem you encounter, and to provide any files/examples which could help us to reproduce the problem. Once the case is logged, you receive an email with the case support number.

The applicable terms for the maintenance are those established by the vendors themselves (thank you to read the maintenance terms).
