For Premium Support and Upgrades members (membership via annual subscription fee), the following services are provided:

1. Unlimited telephone and e-mail technical support from seasoned deployment engineers

2. Upgrades for the version of InstallAnywhere that you have purchased

3. Custom Actions and Panels that add functionality to your deployment solution

4. Early access to future Zero G products and services

5. Real-time discussion groups to communicate and share solutions with Zero G’s developer technical support engineers and other InstallAnywhere and PowerUpdate users

IMPORTANT

One user only must be registered as primary contact for each Premium Support and Upgrades subscription. This primary contact will receive online access information for all product upgrades and will be the contact for technical support issues.
