HOW TO PURCHASE OUTSIDE THE EEC?

STEP NO.1

Send us a Purchase Order using one of the following methods:

• Fax to +33-5 34 27 90 04

• Mail to: KAPITEC SOFTWARE S.A.S. - 57, boulevard de l'Embouchure - 31075 Toulouse Cedex 2 - FRANCE

You can use this form to prepare your Purchase Order and you only have to fax it!

If a physical delivery is required, you must add the shipping cost: 40 €uros.

STEP NO.2

You will receive an order confirmation via e-mail.

The invoice will be mailed to your accounting department.

Please note: Make sure the product recipient's e-mail address and your VAT (tax) number are provided on the P.O.

STEP NO.3

Payments may only be made with wiring.

Please send for bank account and routing numbers.

STEP NO.4

As soon as the payment for the product license is received, we will do the delivery.

The electronic delivery (ESD) will be done within 3 days.

The physical delivery will be done within 10 days.
