Step 1

Send us a Purchase Order using one of the following methods:

• Mail to: KAPITEC SOFTWARE S.A.S. - 57, boulevard de l'Embouchure - 31075 Toulouse Cedex 2 - FRANCE

You can use this form to prepare your Purchase Order and you only have to fax it!

If a physical delivery is required, you must add the shipping cost: 40 €uros.

Step 2

You will receive an order confirmation via e-mail after account set-up.

The invoice will be mailed to your accounting department.

Please note: Make sure the product recipient's e-mail address and your VAT (tax) number are provided on the P.O.

Step 3

Payments may only be made with wiring.

Please send for bank account and routing numbers.

Step 4

As soon as the payment for the product license is received, we will process the shipment.

The electronic delivery (ESD) will be done within 3 days. The physical delivery will be done within 10 days.
